If we all do one random act of kindness daily we just might set the world in the right direction. - Martin Kornfeld
Sometimes, it seems like we must be the best jugglers.
It’s not like we ever had any circus training – but every day more gets thrown at us. What’s healthy or not healthy to eat. What new workout regimen we should try. What appointment we need to schedule, work project we need to tackle, chore we need to take care of, connection we need to set up. When things start piling up and I’m losing it, I try to remember this quote:
I can’t fix the world’s problems. But I will do what I can to make a difference where I can.
It’s not about doing everything. It’s not about overwhelming myself. But it’s about making small, intentional choices to help. Maybe I’ll wash my dishes, and maybe I’ll volunteer at the food pantry tonight. Maybe I’ll go for a few training runs, and then maybe I’ll participate in a run fundraiser. Maybe I’ll splurge on that cup of coffee because it’s Friday, and maybe I’ll get the person behind me, too.
Make a difference where you’re at today. And make sure you’ll be here for a long time, continuing to make a difference, by scheduling your annual checkup today! Schedule a visit today with the button below. We look forward to hearing from you!

P.S. Take it a little bit at a time. Set up an appointment so you can discuss any concerns with a qualified doctor. Then plan a fun reward for after – like a pedicure!
